1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of personalized gifts, including mugs, notebooks, cards,  much more. Each item is crafted with care and designed to be unique to you.

2. How do I personalize my item?

When selecting a product, you will be prompted to enter the details for personalization, such as names, dates, or special messages. Be sure to double-check your information before completing the order, as we use the exact text you provide.

3. Can I preview my personalized item before purchasing it?

While we currently do not offer a digital preview for all items, we do provide detailed descriptions and examples of personalization on each product page. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

4. What is the turnaround time for personalized gifts?

Our standard processing time for personalized items is typically 2-3 business days for most items unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer, so we recommend ordering early.

5. Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery options at checkout. Please note that express delivery will expedite the shipping time but not the production time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been confirmed.

8. What is your returns policy?

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the personalization that was our mistake. 9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or with incorrect personalization, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK but will be shipping internationally soon.

11. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your order through our delivery partner's website.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.

13. Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient’s address during checkout. If you’d like to include a gift message, simply select the option at checkout.
